My horse disappeared

Bought a horse on assasains (lowerst tier), just 2 minutes later it disappeared.

How it happened:

The horse summoned correctly, but I got a message saying thay summoning was canceled.

When I got off my horse, I didn't get the item back.

Thank you for your reply, I will contact a mod if I see one while playing.

 

Sorry for not sticking to the template, I looked through the templates but thought that template was for buycraft refunds.

I will use the template next time.
