Time/Timezone/Date (Post a time/timezone/date when everything was fine): I was given the link to the forums around 4:20 EST so I think its safe to say a rollback to 4:15 would be adequate.
Description of Issue: I had opened a chance cube on the RAD server, in retort it gave me a 'memorize the pattern' game with several wool blocks, I failed to do so and was killed for it. The issue here is that when I went to go retreive my items via /back only a fraction of what I had remained, I had lost an ice-dragonsteel pick, several electrobobs wizardry books/ancient spellcraft by Dan stuff among other things I cannot remember

make sure you have no items in your inventory
