My Items despawned after my grave was broken (R.A.D.)

Time/Date (Post a time/date when everything was fine):  8/24/21 9:25pm, right before the ender dragon was defeated if that helps with time stamp.
Description of Issue: I died in the "End" and when my grave was broken my items despawned.
