Chunkloader balance reset request

hello , my chunkloader balance is bugegd  , im only using one of four. But the total amount used is showing 4, could it be possible to reset all my chunkloaders???

If I remember correctly I beleave the chunkloads are bugg in  continuum from what ive been told   but I could be wrong
