If this is still an issue for you, please ensure that you have installed Java 8 for your system (32 for a 32bit system and 64 for a 64bit system). If you already have Java installed, try updating the launcher (just in case) then select the Options menu and manually path it to use your "javaw.exe" file, usually located under "Program Files/Java".
