Island roll back request.

hi,
I made a supremium helmet and supremium boots yesterday and put them in my enderchest (I didnt know they were public).
Today I speaked with duke the admin and he said that I need to write  a forum and request a island roll back request so here am I.

it's cause you didn't tapped the latch with a dia to make it private (enderstorage ender chest), so someone stole it, better use the minecraft enderchest or tap the latch with a dia.
so better would be a refund request instead of a island rollback.

update on this post, it was a user fault, not a server fault, so staffs can't refund the items, so sadly to tell ya, but you need to buy them from /market or craft again.

i'm very sorry for that, but i hope you can get your items back via re-crafting or /market.

do you want to answer this? if not, then it get's closed in a week.
