Having a Creative Modified Paxel. I did show it off, and a staff member / helper did see the item but did not mention anything to me about having it. So I thought having this item was fine, as long as I don't give it away since it was created with creative (creatively influenced). Time goes by and I get banned out of no where for 'hacked client'. I go in the discord and ask what the reason was, and he said it was because of my paxel I created. He proceeds to explain how I could have asked a staff member but the only staff member that was on was the helper (undertakin), am I just supposed to join the discord and say "hey is this item allowed?" (a bit excessive in my opinion). And apparently undertakin did acknowledge the paxel but didn't say a word and only mentioned it in the staff chat. Then undertakin proceeds to say, 'I'm not allowed to talk about it in public'.(like the command /msg doesn't exist). Then ban in my opinion was just super unfair, and they very well contradicted themselves on how the situation took place. iim_wolf Posted January 4, 2022 Share Posted January 4, 2022 Hi, here are some reasons why your ban appeal won't be accepted: There is no way you get enchantments lvl. 1000 only from creative. Since you are Premium+ and as you mentioned you created that paxel from creative, it should be tagged with "Spawned in by uncase" but it wasn't, so even if you created that item in creative without cheats you would have been banned for bypassing creative tags. Undertakerin didn't had to tell you to remove the paxel as 3xj already said there is direct ban and no verbal warning and you would have been banned anyway Feel free to comment with your opinions, thread will be closed in 24h. uncase Posted January 4, 2022 Author Share Posted January 4, 2022 - Well I stated that I created the paxel with a mod but I still need creative to use it (literally in the second bracket) - Well that's big tuff that the paxel didn't get that statement as that's the only thing ive ever spawned in (so far) besides a baby yoda block that I paid no attention to - If I was going to get banned anyway, then maybe the statement 'Should have asked a staff member' shouldn't have been said then.
