Problem with launcher download

When I try to launch the server launcher for the first time it gives this error

Hello, im afraid with all the tech knowledge i have, i haven't actually ever seen that. 

I however do use the Technic launcher to run Gregtech, and recommend using that in the mean time until another member can help you.

If you google and download the Technic launcher, you will be able to launch Greg tech off of it, its like any minecraft launcher, just made for modded
