End dimension is messed up.

The end dimension has no ender dragon and no portal to the overworld to respawn the end dragon as well as when you go through the end painting the room you end up in doesnt let you teleport to the surface and the land is claimed by a player from the looks of it. just needing this all fixed please as its impossible to craft certain items without a dragon heart and there is no way to respawn the end dragon.
