I don’t know if this information is useful but I was right next to the enchanting bill and I was looking into my enderchest when the server restarted automatically. That was a backup from Feb 7 with plenty of stuff in it, so it should be the most up to date version of your vault up until it was wiped. It's definitely the most recent one that's available to us.
