XP issue

okay some how i have -2billion xp and I'm not even sure how that can happen plz help

Someone else complained about this but we still didn't get any details. Please tell us what you were doing before that

i had 3000 sum xp and i was thinking about enchanting but i was also collecting qeusts from the qeust thing then next thing i knew my bar was empty and i didnt think much of it bc i thought it was lag then i did that daily reward thing and it said some about having -2billion xp
