Something in my base seems to be lagging the server

As title says, it seems like something in my base is lagging the server. The reason I think this is because the TPS lowers to about 15 whenever I am in my base versus out of it. When I fly a few chunks away it goes back to normal. Another reason I'm thinking this is because the server usually restarts a few minutes after I join, although when I join after it's fine.

Anyways, would be nice for the server if a mod or admin or whoever could figure out for me what is causing the lag.

any heavy machineries? are you moving a lot of items all around? mob spawners?

I had a mob spawner but turned that off, no change, I have lots of machines cause it's gregtech but nothing really is going right now so it probably isn't that. Turned off my AE system but that didn't help so I'm not really sure what it could be.

Turned off power to everything in my base and it's still lagging the server. I'm thinking it might be a corrupt chunk or something like that.

Is there any way we can get some movement on this? Wapadragon can barely use his base and its affecting the entire server. TPS was running around 14 last night and the constant restarts are annoying.

Figured it out, was an insulated red alloy conduit connected to a machine controller, switched to red alloy wire and it was fine. Well, that was simpler than I thought it would be. 

Guess this can be closed too.
