Description of Issue: After the recent server wipe my Premium rank shows as active (blue in chat). Also kits such as Market Merchant and Max Homes are working. The only issue is that I only have the basic 20 claim blocks. I need to have the additional 112 blocks per the Premium Rank plus I am sure I purchased a kit for an extra 160 blocks in the past also. So that that would mean my claim blocks should show 292 (20+112+160). FYI this seems to happen after ever server wipe, not sure if there is something can be done so that the correct claim block totals are saved after a wipe. 

Date/Time of Purchase: I purchased Premium Rank on DW20 1.7.10 sometime in 2019. I also purchased a 160 claim block kit after maybe the second wipe since I started playing here.

You need to post a rank re-activation request after every map wipe, because those rank features do not happen automatically.  There is supposed to be a template for a reactivation.

Why after the restart, the FTB dw20 pack is looping on server restarts? Can't even go online.

There's probably a problem.  Visit the tech support channel on discord or start a new topic in the tech support forum rather than posting to an unrelated topic please.
