fix the item clearer please

the item clearer thing deleted so much of my stuff it goes off so often (like once every 30 secs) and there is no warning
i already lost at least 17 polonium and a lot of chemical oxidizers its so painful to break a block and have it disappear instantly please filter it or add a warning (and make it less often)

The item clear issue was caused by the low tps, we have a wipe poll opened now, if the server got a wipe this issue should be fixed.
