Suggest to fix random spawning

Right now 50-75% of the time when you click to the random spawn sign at spawn will ended up in a dark cave, underwater, or fall directly to the mob spawner traps inside buildings. Please fix the random spawn so that players may have higher chances to spawned on the ground

Its still random, but players now spawned on the surface, not inside cave, oil, mob spawn.... Like random spawn in other servers.
