Existenter
I noticed that Phytogenic Insolators don't accept Certus Quartz Seeds - I can put them in, the Insolator does not start working, but the seeds disappear and reappear in my inventory, or drop on to the floor as soon as I close the Insolator GUI. When attempting to feed in the seeds via conduits or an attached inventory, the machine does simply not accept the seeds (I. e. they remain in the inventory). Behavior was confirmed with Phytogenic Insolators both spawned in in Creative and crafted in Survival, and with both Basic and Resonant tiers. I also tried to exchange the input slots for glowstone and certus seeds, but to no avail (glowstone being accepted in any case, but certus seeds not). I wonder whether the issue is related to a confirmed bug in modpack version 3.5.1, which was marked as fixed in 3.6.0 however (I. e. whether somehow this bug was carried over throughout the server-side modpack update): https://github.com/FTBTeam/FTB-Modpack-Issues/issues/
McDonaldsSalad
Just tested this myself and can confirm there is no way to get the phytogenic insolator to process the certus seed. I'll see if a manager can look into this
justTil
I tested it, and for its does work in single player, but not on servers. There I did manage to get it done two times, but that was is. TL:DR Singleplayer seems to be working, Multiplayer does not work
McDonaldsSalad
Yes this does seem to be the case. Moonlight, Louis, and I found out this was the case also. We talked to the managers about it and they are going to investigate. Might be a case of the CraftTweaker log not properly updating when the modpack was updated. For now, if you drop the seeds into a pool of water for a second, and then put them into the phytogenic insolator, it does seem to work that way.
