Claim bug

Hi,

in claims i have realized that grappling hooks do not spawn, and whenever you try to use them they still use durability. please enable the grappling hooks in claims, it is very annoying to have to walk

sounds like that might be up to the user owning the claim to set the claim flags to allow those

Run the `/cf`command and check out your claims permissions.

May need to wait for a patch or update from the game developers to address the issue.
