Cant go to my island | Skyfactory 4

On the skyfactory 4 server I created an island and played for a while, but after going to the spawn i wasn't able to go back to my island. The /is home command pops up an error since I never used the sethome command and I don't spawn on my island either.

Any names would be helpful.

But to list out the islands you access to use [/is tp] and a list of islands will appear in the chat channel if you have more than one. Click on the one you want to go to.

You will be teleported to your island if you have only one.

looks like the user doesn't exist anymore, but if you still exist, there is /is tp or /is home or /is spawn to go to your island.
