Keep getting kicked for 'too many packets'

Hi, so a friend of mine on the Revelation server NeroAngelo just came across this problem. He did asked for help on the server discord but I thought I'd post on here as well just in case.

Here's what he wrote:

'I keep getting kicked for "too many packets" - this is just joining the hub server from where I'd normally go on to select revelation'

Please help?
