There are three end crystals left that cannot be destroyed, ender dragon is a bug now, newbies can't get dragon hearts. Please fix it soon?

Somehow the end crystals won't break which makes it almost impossible to kill the enderdragon. I've tried hitting them with bow and arrow, snowballs, and my bare hands, but nothing worked. Came across this problem a few days ago. Please help.

Hi, so a friend of mine on the Revelation server NeroAngelo just came across this problem. He did asked for help on the server discord but I thought I'd post on here as well just in case. Here's what he wrote: 'I keep getting kicked for "too many packets" - this is just joining the hub server from where I'd normally go on to select revelation' Please help?
