End crystals won't break/explode

Somehow the end crystals won't break which makes it almost impossible to kill the enderdragon.

I've tried hitting them with bow and arrow, snowballs, and my bare hands, but nothing worked.

Came across this problem a few days ago.

Please help.

There are three end crystals left that cannot be destroyed, ender dragon is a bug now, newbies can't get dragon hearts. Please fix it soon?
