Description of Issue: I tried going to my town spawn, but was teleported under the earth and suffocated. When I returned, I couldn't find my grave. The items i lost can be seen in the screenshot below. Additionally I have a oxygen masc on, two light oxygen tanks, a frequency module and a oxygen gear.

The grave tries to spawn in an unoccupied space, therefore it should still be around. If you provide me with an exact date and time, I can look in the logs to find the spawn location. If we cannot find it and you want to proceed with the refund instead, we need an exact item list: item name (preferably the ID too) and the amount, listed as text.
