Cyclic inventory & crafting upgrade disappeared

I finally made the clycic inventory and crafting upgrades. But i got slayed by an Enderman, now they are away. I already remade them and it didn't gave the upgrades back. Already tried restarting and reconnecting. Can i get the upgrades back? Also there were item in the upgraded inventory that disappeared...
