For the past week the server (GTNH) has been restarting / Crashing every 20 minutes, Several people have mentioned this a dozen times over the last week in discord however not a single member of staff has said or done anything regarding it. I bought premium on the server a week ago and I have had a terrible experience. Please can I be refunded or the server fixed so I can use what I have paid for?

Someone built something verry laggy and that's why it restarts because the TPS goes below the threshold. It only happens when there are certain players as it looks on logs.
