Claimed blocks wiped

Seems like when i claimed an area and logged out for awhile and came back later my entire base was gone but my inventory. what has happened

The last wipe for Direwolf 1.12.2 was in June, when was the last time you played?

I went to the place you set as /home and there's a base there, but it's unclaimed. If it's yours, I would claim it ASAP. It shows you have 17,950 available claim blocks, so that should be more than enough.
