REFUND REQUEST - Malign_Ichor

Lost a massive amount of mimic baubles (literally hundreds of them) but I will not ask for all of them back. These are items which I got from the first mimic week and which were in my claim pre-bunker but were not saved. these are the important items:

- Mechnaical glove x12

- Fire gauntlet x10

- Antidote vessel x13

- pendant of ultimate retribution x12

- scarlite chestplate, masterful, red rune, enchanted with strengthened vitality 5, advanced protection 4, inner berserk 4, mending, unbreaking 4

- scarlite leggings, masterful, red rune, enchanted with advanced protection 4, agility 2, evasion, mending, unbreaking 4

- scarlite boots, masterful, red rune, enchanted with advanced protection 4, advanced feather falling 4, underwater strider 3, high jump 2, double jump, wall running, mending, unbreaking 4

I do not have images of the amount of things I had on the exact date the world got cooked, but I have this one pic from the bauble stash part way through me killing mimics, and this image showing my mimics killed to prove I did have a massive number killed, though this number seems to also have been rolled back somewhat and does not reflect the actual amount killed.

The location of this event was in my base in the overworld, I am not interested in sharing the coordinates on a public forum. This should be fine since staff can view player homes. It is the home called “home.”

EDIT: I am hijacking this post to also request a refund for my max golem set which was broken by newlumberjack with his 32k worldedit crab axe. I have listed the exact enchants and additions to the armour below which are not the same as those in most “max golem” sets:

The items are mimic drops or items made from mimic drops, of which 1 is dropped per mimic. I have sent a screenshot of my chest with some of the items contained. I have also shown you my player stats where it says I have killed 420 mimics, meaning I had at least 420 Mimic drops. My full scarlite set was well documented prior to the bunker, and multiple players can vouch for me having one including Touchmenot who lives with me, Luvtravy and BootetoBalls who sold me amulets which were used to obtain some of the set, and all the people in chat who surely remember that time period where I was offering 8000 per amulet they would sell me. NewLumberJack I believe also knew I had the full set. He also will remember me complaining about how much I had to grind for it, and being upset at him for ending mimic week early. You can ask him if needed.

There is extensive circumstantial evidence that I had that set, and my player stats showing the number of mimics killed roughly matches how many of each of the items I should have gotten for killing that many according to the wiki loot table, which breaks down the % chance of obtaining each item (see other reply).

The three items to make a fire gauntlet have a 7% drop rate each. That is 7 of each per 100 mimics. After 420 mimics, this is 29.4 of each. Let’s go with the lower number here. If I had 29 feral claws, 29 power gloves, and 29 magma stones, I could make 12 fire gauntlets (taking one of each), and 12 mechanical gloves (taking one feral claw and one power glove each) and would still have a lot left over. This means I got unlucky with my gauntlet piece drops, which is true, and that I am requesting less than what is mathematically the most likely amount I would have gotten from 420 mimics.

The antidote vessel has a 4.65% drop chance per mimic, or about 19.6 antidote vessels after 420 mimic kills. Again here, I am asking for less than the expected outcome (only 13 vessels).

The scarlite is a trophy set anyways. I don’t need the enchants back since I can just redo those. I would at least like the raw set, sans helmet, refunded though.

Base Coordinates: the place this took place is spawn, basically the area you tp to when doing /spawn, with the fireplace.
Description of Issue: so Nerdzzz was like hitting me, so i pointed to the sign that said no pvp, then he one shot me some how, with his flamed dragon nunchuxs and also he could fly without a ring to do so, then he took all the loot flew just in the air without anything, and left with my stuff while hitting one of the other _Cad3t.

This took place at around 10:55-11:05

i think Nerdzz might also of been hacking or cheating in some way as of how he can fly and one shot me even when im in full dragon armor with a dragon ring and with 57 health

Witnesses: -_Cad3t: had seen Nerdzz with the items plus had witness the kill message and had physical issues with Nerdzz, such as Nerdzz hitting him, leaving, and ignoring his warnings. you can ask _Cad3t directly for evidence.

-Malign: he also showed up to help deal with the problem but by then Nerdzz had left, as of Malign, I'm pretty sure he saw my death message pop up.

Items Evidence: I had bought my ring yesterday: 5/8/2025, from 7iorykfmcle6di, for 17,999.99$ at around 9:30pm-10:30pm

-as of the shields, i got them from the mystic crate, on 5/7/2025, i bought an obsidian shield off the market, then got the mystic crate on 5/8/2025, in which i got one ankh shield plus an ankh charm , so then i combined the charm with the obsidian shield to then get two ankh shields.

-for the Armor, i bought white dragon scales from someone. The enchantments, i got from Sharkinotor off the market, this includes all 4x Adv Protection 4 Books, and Adv Mending.

Base coordinates: Death point: X: -1190 : Z: 862, at spawn

Description of Issue: 10:45pm i had been trying out my new wings, so i had to chill at spawn to refill my mana, or that bar at the bottom left. then comes Nerdzz who hits me while i was at market, so i nodded at him and he went off. 10:50pm he is really trying to get my attention and hitting me a lot more, so i show him the sign near the spawn  tp area, i was standing at X: -1190 : Z: 862, when he took out his flamed dragon nunchexs and basically killed me before i could react. 10:52pm, i tell everyone that he killed me at spawn as there were no staff at the time, this is when _Cad3t shows up to help deal with the situation as i had nothing. this leads to Nerdzz hitting _cad3t, even _Cad3t didnt hit him, but was just giving him a warning, 10:58pm Nerdzz leaves, so it was either _cad3t, or malign who told me to get a refund at the discord.

Proof: Ask _cad3t, and Malign as evidence, plus for the items 7iorykfmcle6di was the guy i got the ring from yesterday.

turns out, I had taken a Pic of me with the ring and shield. For the record I changed my armor as this was during I was testing the wings.
