Description of Issue: ts bum arrowlyn formerly known as asorrow griefed my base ie killed my villagers and griefed the surrounding area  , he has ALREADY been punished for this grief but I would like for the surrounding area to be fixed and my villagers rolledback

was the surrounding area claimed?, yeah killing villagers inside claim is definitely grieving and should be punished for but if the surrounding area isn't claimed it cant be restored
