Description of Issue: 

 I quit server many months due to getting new jobs and other IRL stuffs. When login I cannot remember progress or workflow structure of my base established before I quit. So I want a full wipe which include:

- Wipe all items in my inventory and ender chest

- Delete and return the area around my base to its original form before I dig everything in 3x3 chunks to build my base. Also delete my End base in The End

- Reset questline.

The purpose is to rebuild everything from beginning so I can make a proper workflow that allow me to continue works easily after a long signoff
