What is this? Well, this is a project that i'm thinking about for some time. I decided to take a look to see if it's possible and now because it is, it's time to ask you guys what do you think. Space Factions? Yes, Space and Factions, this will not be a modded server, this will plan to replace the existing Network Factions Survival server. So this will be a Network Server, a Faction Survival Server Space themed. But why? Well, there is a need to do something with the current Factions Survival Server as very little players play it. What's the difference? Space Factions will be a multi server Server. For example we will have a small server as a lobby, and for each planet we add another server. This way a lot of players will be able to play and no lag, the inventory's will be shared across servers so players will not feel that they even changed the server as their data will be the same. Features: Factions will be used as protection. Jobs for each planet, not sure yet but we may also add McMMO. Multiple planets with unique terrain generation. Different resources for each planet. More features will be planned on the way. Some other things that will be nice will be a server for Space Stations, and for Space Battles. So what now? For now vote in the pool above to let us know what do you think. Right now i'v been working on the lobby server with a custom resource pack and at a plugin to create Space Helmets and if the planet air is not breathable and you do not wear the Space Helmet or suit you will get damage! As this project is at the beginning I do not know when it will be ready yet. But if we will work on this, we will open soon a beta version with the lobby server and 1 planet, I think Mars for start. Tekkit server full WIPE is complete! We have a new map with a new seed. There are no major server changes. All players data got a reset except ranks. This WIPE was needed because last one was about 7 months ago, and for new players was difficult to find a new place for a base, also the server was laggy and a bit unstable, now everything will be back in order. Hello, A full SkyFactory Server WIPE was completed, all players data got a reset except ranks. There are no major server changes except a big update to the SkyBlock plugin, but most changes are fixes. The restricted items list was also updated, and some other things that will get an update soon are the challenges and add some new items to the spawn shop. This WIPE was needed to restore the server TPS and stability as the last wipe was about more then 6 months ago there were a lot of large islands left behind that were using resources and so performance was lower. Few days ago we Updated MyTown mod on FTB Server and this also required a full server WIPE. This update was needed because of lots of problems we had with MyTown mod alpha version, now the beta version is more stable, we still get some crashes but much less. This is a really good step forward to a more stable server. Since we updated the MyTown protection mod we need to re-test all items on protections so the restricted items list will need a major update. We are still working on Restricted items list update, and a small update to our restriction plugin. We should have the new Restricted items list sometime this week. The first tests on the new protection shows that there is still a lot of work needed to get the mod to protect some stuff, but it's in beta so the dev is still working to get the protection better! Run from the Beast Network Game Update is Complete! Server was updated to 1.8.3, but also added new game features, some improvements to current maps and added a new map called Wood Sprint. New Features: Chests no longer give the content if you click them, now they open and you can pick up your gear. Added runners shops, you can buy traps and mines to place on the map to slow the beast. Hello, This week we have for you a major Pure Survival Server Update! This will update the game to 1.8.3 and we will need to do a full wipe, new map and we will expand the spawn with this great build! Hello dear community, April is here, we are still working on Monthly maintenance but I hope it will be done tomorrow. Just some few Network Servers were left, but mainly we finished with backups, data cleanup to keep the servers running at top performance. For 1 week we will have 4x vote rewards on all our servers, modded and network. Votes help us a lot to get the servers popular, so thank you for every single vote! Also this month we will need to get a new dedicated server to allow us to expand the network to hold more then 1000 players without issues, and have space to open new games servers for network. We will get you more details as we will have the required funds for this expansion. This month we will continue to update some network servers to 1.8.3, first we will start with Pure Survival, we will post more about this after we get the update almost done. We began working on TNT Run mini game about 1 week ago, and now we finally got a version that is stable and almost complete! This server is open on our Network Servers Hub, at mini games section. Don't know what this mini-game is about? "Players start on layer of sand and every block that they step on dissapears. If player falls through the hole he loses the game. Our Network SkyBlock Server had a major update to 1.8.3 and this also required a full WIPE. There are no major changes made to the server, the spawn is the same and the same game play features. Today we completed the server wipe that some requested for some time, so the server is now ready to for fun! This was a full wipe, all player data got a reset and all maps too. Ranks are not affected. There are no major changes, the spawn is the same and the main map is the same but regenerated. All other worlds are completely new. Hi, the Network Creative Server Update to 1.8 is complete! This major update required a full server WIPE, because we had to change the plots plugin. One major change is the plots plugin, but it's similar to the old one, we had to change it since the old version stopped supporting non premium servers. The new version also has some great features like change biomes and titles. Players can have up to 10 plots max and vip's 20. Hello, A new big update is complete! We Updated Factions Survival Server to full 1.8! This also required a wipe and now everybody can have a fresh start! SkyFactory Server was updated to latest SkyFactory modpack version v2.2.2. As you know this is a new modpack and a newer minecraft version 1.7.10, so the server was rebuilt and all data was wiped. This will be a fresh start for all. As the server is almost 100% done and some testing as well, here's what we did and what problems we had. We have a new server spawn, and a major change in the economy system. The server money now is $ Dollars and it's only virtual, no more items. At spawn players can find server shops using the sign system. To sell items players will use the auction system to trade goods to others. Players will earn money by voting the server, completing challenges and selling items to others via auctions. The server is mostly stable we fixed a problem that after a short time was lagging the server causing the players to get disconnected with Time Out message, and another major bug (server crash) was found in Magical Crops mod and we had to disable all crops that spawn mobs until we will get a fix. All optional mods are on except Infinite Inventories because it caused some problems with the inventory and some items were unable to be stored in players inventory's. More details can be found on our restricted items list. Server Features: Server Shops at spawn using signs. Players sell items to others using auction system. Challenges will reward you with items and ingame money. Players have their own island and can invite others to play together. Island level system. Players can change the island biome. Voting the server will reward you with ingame money and lucky blocks. VIP Ranks, Kits and Name Tags can be found on our donation shop, to help us keep the server running. 60 server slots set right now, if tests with server full shows no lag we will add more. There are also some Christmas stuff available at our donation shop. Some other few more Christmas decorations will be done next week before Christmas so, stay with us Other projects we are working right now are, a major update on Run from the Beast server that will finish all economy shops and kits and other stuff to make the server finished. Also we re-opened SkyWars server, it's not done yet so we will need to finish that one too. Also our Lobby 4 server is not done so we will work on ranks there. Thanks to abisredbull for helping us re-decorating the lobby and he is also working on a new winter themed map for CTW, we also plan to add some new maps on Run from the Beast and SkyWars. Some extra work needs to be done on FTB to find and fix the shopkeepers problem and some other issues. Well this will be our schedule for the next weeks, busy times but we hope we will set a Christmas mood on our servers and bring the joy and good times to our harts.
