I was told by Fraizer that i could try requesting for the premium rank perks to be restored after the wipe last night, he also mentioned proof of purchase so i posted the screenshot below.

@Ness27 It was in no way meant as a jab against you or any of the staff, and i hope it wasnt understood that way. I honestly have no idea how much i lost, it was most of my ingots, machine parts and other valuables, and atleast 200 buckets xD but since i cant say a number, no what exactly was lost ill just make a new ME system and take care not putting all my valuables in next time.

@Ness27 I've come to the conclusion that i no longer care about the ME machines, its taken far longer than i expected, and my progress on the server has been halted for far too long as a result, i have no way of proving what the drives contained either, so whats lost is lost i suppose. Good day

the chunk chosen was correct as i have some machines connected to a chest with a bit of refined ingots i can see got reset. the time might be more difficult after all this time, maybe half an hour prior to my original estimate so around 11:30 pm utc/gmt -5 instead, will not be able to confirm anything for the next 13 hours or so myself though.

Hey @Ness27 i hate to say it, but the Machines are still missing as of today where i returned for the first time, the time i mentioned might have been wrong sadly

Not sure if it should be mentioned as the refund form didnt seem to mention it, but the blocks vanished around 12pm UTC/GMT -5 New york time, the 25th of January.

Hi, i have been playing on the direwolf20 1.12 server for over a month now and been playing quite alot if i must say so myself, today where my issue happend i had been playing for about 3 hours prior where everything was okay, but after a visit to spawn, i returned to my base to find both my ME drive and ME controller missing, and i used it like 5 min earlier, its simply vanished. i hope there is a way to get it back, as everything i had was on those drives and the thought of starting over is not someting i really want to consider. incase you need coordinates: X:-3088 Z: -2222 Y:77 and X:-3088 Z: -2223 Y:77 Thanks in advance, Username: Timmovits
