Resetting things to see if it resolves the issue is part of the process for fixing the constant crash loop at startup. The last crash loop, which involved multiple crashes today, was fixed with a rollback. You mentioned on Discord that you intentionally triggered it again at a different location, causing the server to crash. Rolling back your area once more fixed the current crash loop. You can submit a request for a rollback or a refund for lost items, but please avoid repeating the same action.

To remove a block like this you can use tools like mcedit, worldedit or similar. Information how to use it is readily available if you search for it.
