Dizzykills

Hey, i'm looking for some help, i built a draconic reactor and i'm using open computers to run the system on it, i've used your setup guide apart from a few things (tesseract isn't in this mod pack). I've got the computer program to work on the computer aside from it not refreshing itself, like when it starts up it will just give it x amount of in/out and won't go up or down from there until i restart the pc and it updates like that, is there anyway to fix this issue?
