Hey Mods,

I was wondering if there was any known issues with the storage bus, i crafted one and then the server told me it was resetting, i got disconnected and when i got back online my storage bus was gone?

I was interested in getting some kind of transcript on the ranks/packs i have gotten through the store, I used to have a Document on this kind of stuff but seem to have misplaced it/deleted it or something. I know i have purchased ranks/kits on at least 4-5 servers if not more i just cant remember the who/what/when/where and i cant just log in and see sence a few of the servers i play on have been reset and those dont carry over. alot of the packs you guys host, alot of other groups host as well so i dont wanna get confused and thick i bought something here that was elsewhere either.

So an unbeatable situation glitches out my best items and all I get is puns.

I jsut started and was doing some chance cubes i got as quest rewards and sence i got a legendary key from my vote keys i had a skullfire sword so i wasent too afraid of it spawning mobs but instead it stuck me in bedrock and asked me a math question while i was suffocating and didnt even have time to awnser befor the lag killed me. no grave no floating items no thing. it was just outside my base.

I saw that there is a fix for the steve alex skin issue and i wanted to look into getting my Data reset to see if i can actually play this server sence i dontated for a rank a while back and never was able to use it sence my stuff is bugged.

Description of Issue: A week ago I put in a buy craft refund request as I was recommending on doing sence I never got the keys at all. I bought them last Friday and 3 days later I still had not got them, I changed my name to ADucky as it used to be and I updated the old post, but almost a week later and still nothing. Any other important information: This was on the Roguelike server R.A.D

A few minuets after the purchance the server closed down so tat may have disrupted the process but i wasent able to stay online more then 30 or so mins because my net crashed. I was online a little while later and asked in discord about it so im just making this claim

(edited to add the server i bought it for since  i forgot to do so originally.)
