Lost My Rank

I bought a rank a couple of months back when i used to play alot. I recently wanted to get back to it, and i no longer have my rank. I was previously a Premium and i have the receipt and transaction id if you need it. Not gonna post it public here though

Also bought 2 reinf watering cans and a mob spawner kit, don't know if you even get that back after a reset. Just saying
