I have been playing on the Tekkit Main server With Nukelar [EyeWitness] and have seen someone being very toxic.

Reason For Complaint: Being Very Toxic Toward Innocent Craftersland Players.

Nukelar is a staff member, he should've been able to take care of it. If you can get a staff member to handle it that's online, please do. If they do not do anything, then most likely the forum administrators won't either.
