Server Grief/Raid

Hey there, I just want you to know that someone knows how to grief/raid the spawn somehow, And so if u do /spawn u end up far down at bedrock, So please help and fix it people without /fly, and wings and so on won be able to get out of there unless they got home or so, but i mean like new players etc.
