Hi, I recently bought premium+ on FTB but for some reason I don't have creative with NEI otherwise known as GMC+, just the super laggy one, please could I have GMC with NEI @brunyman

NEI access is for Sponsor and Sponsor+, as stated in package descriptions.

Your Premium+ package includes creative via /gm 1 and /item, not NEI access, which can take 24 hours to be configured.

@IdleApache is right, NEI is for Sponsors and above, hence why you don't have NEI access. 
And again, as Apache says if you now decide to upgrade to Sponsor for NEI give it 24 hours to be configured.
