Water in lava endertank

Hey guys I was looking at the spawn ender tank and the reason water goes into the lava one is because they are right next to each other.  Maybe move them apart a little.

no, that cannot happen, someone is putting water in it

Most likely there was nobody at the spawn to chunkload the lava producers, so they filled it with water while there was no lava being pumped into it.

I'm pretty sure the spawn is always loaded because of spawn chunks.

probrably some glitch with the tanks or someone whose pumping water into it.

just someone needs to pump the water out
