Add Koboldite nuggets at spawn shop

Recently got into the particular part of witchery that requires you to enslave hobgoblins and make them mine for a low chance of finding Koboldite the only problem is that the drop rate seems to be really buggy on the server as I have tested it multiple times and in 1 hour I received none yet another test I had almost 30 in 20 minutes. On SSP the drop rate is more consistent (about 9 dust per 10-ish minutes) which lead me to believe it's a server thing, that being said I feel as if such a pseudo-rare material should be in the spawn shop. (It comes in a dust, nugget and ingot form it'd be preferred if the nugget was sold as the dust is only used to create the nugget)
