The Wither-Spawner was on my first Slot then i put the Spawner out off my hotbar and wanted to place Draconium Ore Gravel. Then my Draconium Gravel morphed in a Fake Wither-Spawner. I put to Fake Spawner away and put the gravel back. And then when i wanted to place the gravel but instead of gravel it placed the Wither-Spawner but it was only a normal Pig-Spawner
