Lost Home (Can't tp to island)

I've been using /is home to get back to my island. (/sethome wasn't working for me.) I just finished getting rid of some old platforms at my island, but now when I do /is home I get the follow error:

"You are not part of an island. Returning you to the spawn area!"

I'm not currently sharing an island with anyone, and I think this was caused by removing all the blocks from the original chunk where my island is.

Is there anyway for me to get back to my island?
