Quarry Issue + Pipping issue

I have a quarry set up near my base and gave it some power using a magmatic engine.

issue 1: every server reset, the quarry refreshes and goes back to its original state with a 1 chunk area(default area)

Issue 2: Why cant i connect redstone engines to the Quarry. is it compulsary to use other ones?

Issue 3: Magmatic servos cant seem to get lava from fluid ducts after server reset

Doubt 1: Is Equivalent Exchange working? Unable to use it currently.

Note 1: i have asked a similar question on the server using /ds create
