0 Heart Glitch/Cannot Pick up items/Mobs can't see him

_Darkknight_1 account is glitched and cannot pick up any items and cannot access him inventory and his stuff on his island. He can't die even though he has 0 hearts. He needs a Player Data Reset. Thank you.
