Premium+ problems

My title used to be Premium+ and now it's just Premium. My commands are working just fine, except when I spawn items, they have a habit of disappearing within 10mins from my inventory. When they disappear, it gives me the "you can't pick up spawned items". Just need these two things fixed, thanks in advance
