Character reset?

Coordinates: unsure, can't get back to my town.

I've been playing for two days so far, and when i logged in this morning my character had been reset somehow, my home is gone, im no longer a part of my townand i was at spawn with the two starter books and an emerald in my inventory, nothing else. I'm not sure what happened but is there any way i could get back to my base and/or get my inventory back?

Hi, looks like your UUID changed somehow, try to do /town spawn now
