cowl of the abyssal depths  i have all material and repice not working

From which source do you have that potion ? It must be brewed in brewing stand,NOT found in chest in dungeon. I have same problem and i made potions from brewing stand and it worked.

If you enable item IDs (F3 + H) you can check if you have the right potion. Extra Utilities' Magnum torch also needs brewed potions.
