[DW 1.7] lost items

Hello, i lost my items from the chest.I was doing some stuff, and when i opend the chest it was empty.Not mutch items there was , but i still want  to get them back, if possible.There was 47 gold ingot, 64 iron ingot 2 stack of redstone, 27 tin ,6 obsidian, 17 copper, 47 yellorium ingot , 13 vote key.(My town cordinates: x:-1901  z:-4085).

Problem was resolved and fixed.
