[DW 1.10] Platinum Ore

In the server there is no Platinum Ore generated anywhere, neither Overworld nor Deep Dark, and it's not generated in the Quantum Quarry Dimension, which means there is only 1 way of getting platinum, and that's as a byproduct of Pulverizing/Sag-Milling/Crushing/Smashing Nickel Ore, and a chance of getting it from each Nickel Ore is 15%/10%.

I am Suggesting for Platinum Ore to be added in Deep Dark ore generation making it easier to obtain.

I was wondering about this as well. The ores are on NEI and in recipes but aren't generated anywhere.

I don't know how to add this to the ore generation, but we can also add it to spawn shop
