Server crashing

Hello, the Tekkit server is going through some issues, it's crashed and reset 5 times in about 10 mins now, soon as it comes back on, it crashes, then resets. 

Don't know whether someones base is bugged or what.

Someone's computer setup is crashing the server not sure where yet, we are looking into it, thanks
