What about using it in the Nether or the End (just fyi, someone has been using it a lot in the Nether (and I don't mean me.)

Further more, I would like to apologize for the massive amount I used it around my base before now. I noticed that the dirt forest had been rolled back and figured the overworld ban was on it's way.

Yes, you can use it there aswell. It was only restricted in overworld. 

Also, it's fine, the FAWE plugin excels in chunk regenerating so it didn't take me that long to regen that massive area
